2. Coaching & Business Educational Scope

Silverback Coaching provides business frameworks, sales strategy, curriculum structuring advice, and marketing direction for independent self defense instructors and professionals. We provide educational guidance and mentorship based on our real-world mobile business operations.

Earnings & Business Disclaimer: Any references to potential revenues (such as $5k–$10k per month) illustrate realistic targets achieved by structured coaching models. However, individual results depend on your work ethic, market dynamics, sales commitment, local regulations, and program execution. We do not guarantee specific income figures without execution.

3. Safety, Physical Training & Liability

While Silverback Coaching guides business packaging and instruction methods, each instructor client is solely responsible for obtaining appropriate commercial liability insurance, complying with local jurisdiction regulations, and enforcing physical safety protocols when conducting hands-on training sessions with their end clients.

4. Intellectual Property

All coaching frameworks, templates, scripts, curriculum modules, branding, graphics, and training materials provided through Silverback Coaching are the proprietary intellectual property of the Company. Clients are granted a non-transferable license to use these blueprints to operate their own local mobile business, but may not resell or franchise our coaching materials to other business coaches.

5. Strategy Calls & Appointments

Scheduled strategy calls are dedicated sessions reserved specifically for your business evaluation. If you need to reschedule or cancel a session, we request at least 24 hours advance notice via the confirmation link or direct message.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
